Just an amazing experience with Khalil, Sadia, and the entire team. My wife and I feel like we got truly white-glove VIP service from Glasshouse. I can’t imagine any realtor doing a better job and will recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience working with Glass House Real Estate, particularly Khalil El-Ghoul, Aria and Sadia on his team. I first contacted Khalil while considering a new-construction single-family home. He gave me very honest and thoughtful advice about the pros and cons of the specific developments I was evaluating. He stayed focused on my goals, value, and what made sense for my family rather than simply pushing for a quick transaction. After learning more about my preferences, Khalil suggested that I also consider resale properties, which turned out to be excellent advice. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured to see particular homes, make an offer, or rush into a decision. He remained highly responsive and quickly arranged showings whenever a listing came up that interested us. When we found a home my family really liked, Khalil provided valuable guidance on how to structure a competitive but sensible offer. Our offer was selected despite several other bids, and his insight made a real difference. After the offer was accepted, Khalil and Sadia continued to provide excellent support through a fast closing process. They were responsive, professional, coordinated well, and kept everything moving to meet a tight deadline. My family and I were so impressed that we asked Khalil to represent us in selling our current residence even before we closed on the new home. I highly recommend Khalil, Sadia, and Glass House Real Estate to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and client-focused real estate representation.

Easy to work with. Very quick, responsible, and flexible. Highly recommend.

An excellent experience- Your only regret will be that you didn't hire them sooner! Because of past experiences with other realtors, we did too much ourselves. However, we appreciated the no-pressure approach and assistance on offer for negotiations. Aside from helping us navigate the NOVA townhouse market, Aria's recommendations on the inspector were perfect

I cannot speak highly enough about Khalil El-Ghoul, Sadia Kashif and the whole Glass House Real Estate Team. Khalil worked with us to develop an aggressive plan that included a thorough analysis of what he felt our townhouse would bring, what needed to be done to get it show ready, and how he and his amazing team would market it. Our stress levels were high as we were in the process of moving to another state and most of the process would occur after we moved. The Team handled EVERYTHING! They lined up the contractors for painting and repairs, staging, and legal work. The townhouse sold within days of going on the market and at a higher price than we expected. Khalil was thorough, analytic, knowledgeable, patient, and one of the nicest people with whom we’ve ever worked. Thank you, thank you, thank you Khalil, Sadia and the whole Glass House Team!!!

Glass House made our home purchase the most streamlined experience ever. The patience, punctuality, and determination of the whole team is seriously impressive. I cannot recommend them enough!

Selling my condo in DC was a difficult process because of certain issues with the condo association and generally the 2025 real estate market being not what it used to be. But Khalil's calm demeanor and steady support made all the difference. There was no question he did not answer and no concern of mine he did not address in a manner that was professional and in my best interest. His and Sadia's representation was the highlight of my selling experience.

I am very happy that I listed my home with Glass House Real Estate. Prior to the listing, I met with Khalil and a competitor agent. During those discussions, Khalil was more prepared and thorough than the other agent. Khalil set our expectations about the sale and he exceeded them. We sold our home for over asking price within a week or so of listing. Great job Glass House!

We couldn’t have imagined buying our first home with anyone else. Aria, Oscar, and Isabel took great care of us. We didn’t have a huge budget and we were buying in a tough sellers market, but they gave us so much attention anyway. Aria gave us his honest opinion about price when we put an offer in for the first time — he laid out all the options and mentioned the house would probably go for above asking, but didn’t pressure us to go above our budget. We all knew there was a slim chance that we would get this house, but Aria still was happy to write up the offer for us and submit it so we could get our feet wet, which we really appreciated. It made us feel a lot better about putting an offer in on future houses now that we knew the process. The house we ended up buying had some difficult and challenging sellers. Aria and Oscar asked many, many times to get us into the house for a tour. Aria gave us great advice when putting an offer in and helped us navigate the process when the selling agent mentioned there was another offer on the table. Afterward, Aria was excellent in negotiating repairs and ensuring that they were complete before we closed. We highly recommend buying a home with Glass House, even if you’re young first time home buyers like we were! They made sure we were well taken care of and well educated, and that we made smart decisions on our offers at the end of the day. The whole team is full of genuinely good people, and we look forward to staying in touch with them as we improve our new home!
