We couldn’t have imagined buying our first home with anyone else. Aria, Oscar, and Isabel took great care of us. We didn’t have a huge budget and we were buying in a tough sellers market, but they gave us so much attention anyway. Aria gave us his honest opinion about price when we put an offer in for the first time — he laid out all the options and mentioned the house would probably go for above asking, but didn’t pressure us to go above our budget. We all knew there was a slim chance that we would get this house, but Aria still was happy to write up the offer for us and submit it so we could get our feet wet, which we really appreciated. It made us feel a lot better about putting an offer in on future houses now that we knew the process. The house we ended up buying had some difficult and challenging sellers. Aria and Oscar asked many, many times to get us into the house for a tour. Aria gave us great advice when putting an offer in and helped us navigate the process when the selling agent mentioned there was another offer on the table. Afterward, Aria was excellent in negotiating repairs and ensuring that they were complete before we closed. We highly recommend buying a home with Glass House, even if you’re young first time home buyers like we were! They made sure we were well taken care of and well educated, and that we made smart decisions on our offers at the end of the day.
