Traditionally, when you purchase a home, buyer agents are paid a commission, usually 2.5-3% of the sales price. When you buy your home with Glass House, our agent's fee is 1.5% or $6,500, whichever is more, and the remaining commission is given back to you. Typically 1-1.5% of the sales price.
