We couldn’t have imagined buying our first home with anyone else. Aria, Oscar, and Isabel took great care of us. We didn’t have a huge budget and we were buying in a tough sellers market, but they gave us so much attention anyway. Aria gave us his honest opinion about price when we put an offer in for the first time — he laid out all the options and mentioned the house would probably go for above asking, but didn’t pressure us to go above our budget.
