We couldn’t have imagined buying our first home with anyone else. Aria, Oscar, and Isabel took great care of us. We didn’t have a huge budget and we were buying in a tough sellers market, but they gave us so much attention anyway. Aria gave us his honest opinion about price when we put an offer in for the first time — he laid out all the options and mentioned the house would probably go for above asking, but didn’t pressure us to go above our budget. We all knew there was a slim chance that we would get this house, but Aria still was happy to write up the offer for us and submit it so we could get our feet wet, which we really appreciated.
