How To Skip The Line: The New Hartland Community

Demand for the new homes at Hartland has been unprecedented! The two models homes are getting their finishing touches and sales will begin this June. The first round of move-ins will be occurring in the first quarter of 2022, while pricing is anticipated to start in the low $1 millions.

In case you haven’t heard, this new luxury community is in Aldie, Virginia, and is expected to have 775 single-family homes on 800 acres of land. These gorgeous homes will be built by the award-winning Dan Ryan Builders and will feature a host of amenities such as a community pool and access to a Community Supported Agriculture subscription program through the neighboring Willowsford Farm.

Since interest in this new community is so high, the NV Homes Team is requesting that anyone who’s wishing to move in asap pre-apply with NVR Mortgage in order to advance to the next step in the process. 

Once your application is complete, you will be added to a list of VIPs who will be eligible to receive a Zoom Preview Event link. This event will give attendees a first look at the community, in addition to the opportunity to set a private sales appointment at one of the model homes.
