My Advice About The Real Estate Market
Many would-be buyers are a little hesitant to take the plunge because of the uncertainty of rising house prices. However, the market has stabilized and is turning in buyers’ favor. We have seen inventory levels rise recently, and buyers gain an advantage in price negotiations.
Hang Tight
We always try and guide our friends and family carefully, with well-thought-out advice. When it comes to the housing market, this is what I am telling my friends and family.
I am telling them to wait, to hang tight.
We currently are in a buyer’s market.
If you are good where you are whether that is renting or owning, be patient. I believe we will see more inventory coming to the market. We will see a greater number of price reductions. And it definitely feels like there is room for prices to come down.
No one can predict the market with 100% certainty, but being a part of the everyday happenings in the market gives me an opportunity to see what the general public is not.
