Toll Brothers newest home community, located in Loudoun County, has been unveiled as Parkside Village in Aldie, VA. They are currently starting to set appointments for their first sales via a "VIP" appointment process. I have sold dozens of Toll Brothers homes and have railed against their sales process as unethical and unfair. However, toward the end of 2022 they did drop many of those practices in some of their more popular communities, hopefully it doesn't happen again.
