Practices typically start at 11 a.m. most mornings throughout the season and won’t cost you a penny. Watch the teamwork on drills while preparing to take the Stanley Cup this season. Every February, the bravest Northern Virginians raise money for the charity by taking the Northern VA Polar Plunge. And if you aren’t up for freezing - supporting your favorite “plungers” is encouraged. This year’s plunge will occur at Leesylvania State Park in Prince William County. Enjoy live music, the best-dressed contest, and exciting incentives with your family and friends this February 19th.
