Step 2: Get Pre-Approved

We require our clients be pre-approved with a local lender of their choice before we schedule showings.  If you are not pre-approved, that’s fine; we have some great local lenders that we can recommend. Once you get pre-approved, we can begin scheduling home tours with our agents.

Why do we encourage buyers to use a local lender?  We want to commit our resources to serious clients and put them in the best position possible when making offers.

Step 3: Find Houses

We take home tours seriously and ensure our clients can see homes on their schedule.

Simply call, text or email your agent and they will schedule the showings. Our full-time agents are accustomed to showing homes on short notice, including evenings and weekends.

Too busy to search the MLS everyday? No problem, simply let your agent know what your search criteria is and we will set up an automated listing alert so you never miss a listing.

Step 4: Close the Deal and Receive the Rebate

When traditional real estate agents represent a buyer, they are paid a commission; usually 2.5-3% of the sales price. With Glass House Real Estate, your agent will keep 1.5% of the sales price or $6,500, whichever is higher, and the remaining commission, usually 1-1.5% of the sales price, is rebated back to you. Your rebate is completely legal and tax-free, with no hidden fees or gimmicks.

The rebate is usually applied toward your closing cost or issued as a check after closing with lender approval. We offer one of the largest Realtor rebates in the industry. Since 2010, we have rebated over $5,000,000 to local home buyers.
