UNDERSTANDING THE GLASS HOUSE REAL ESTATE REBATE

Real Estate agents representing buyers typically receive a 2.5-3% commission at close, paid by the seller. At Glass House, we keep less commission and rebate the remaining amount to you; typically up to 1.5% of the sales price toward closing costs or issued via a tax-free check. Glass House has a $6,500 minimum commission.  More about the real estate rebate process here

For example. if you purchase a home for $700,000, you would receive up to $10,500 cash back at close! Our buyers typically contact us because of the rebate but decide to work with us because of our negotiation skills, connections in the industry and expertise in the local DC metro areas. 80% of our business are referrals and repeat clients!
