Our proof is in the results,  in 2020 to ate, Glass House sellers sold, on average, for 100% of their list price compared to the industry average of 97%.

The key to selling a home quickly, and therefore at top dollar, is good staging including minor upgrades and repairs, and outstanding marketing. Expertise in these two areas result in attracting the best quality, and qualified, buyers that are compelled to act quickly when making an offer. Our homes, on average, sell within 17 days of going on the market.  The industry average is 41 days!
