Written by Erica McCall | Nov 30 2021

2021 has been a big year for the real estate market. Khalil El-Ghoul and the Glass House team have been working hard for our clients in the DC metro area. In 2021, Khalil is the #1 agent in Virginia, #2 agent in Vienna, and #3 agent in the DC Metro Area. This year, Real Trends named Khalil El-Ghoul as the #1 agent in Virginia, by volume, with nearly a $29 million difference between 1st and 2nd place.

When you are selling your home, who you hire to represent your listing matters. Our Top Ten listings this year have had an average sale price of $1,455,000 and have sold for an average of 102% of their original list price.

When you sell with Glass House Real Estate we don't ask "What is your home worth?" We make sure you get the highest price possible, consistently exceeding market and seller expectations.

Khalil and the Glass House team believe it’s important that whomever you hire for your real estate needs can demonstrate to you and the community a track record of selling homes in this price range at a high level. The properties mentioned above were all a first for our team in terms of the type of listing in their respective communities. Because of this, they got a level of attention and effort reserved for only a few. Our team is so grateful for the accolades received and success we earned over the past year. We look forward to continuing to serve your community in 2022!
