Register Glass House as Your Agent
When you fill out registration forms at new communities, make sure to indicate that you intend on working with an agent when you purchase a home. This allows you to visit communities on your own until you find one (or more) that you like. If you have already found a community you may still be able to use Glass House and get a rebate.
Negotiating and Pricing
This is where we shine. Once you find a community you like (or have found one already) we become your agent and take over negotiations with the builder. Khalil will work directly with you and the builder as well as accompany you when making offers and writing contracts. Khalil has experience with every major builder in the area and often has insider knowledge of the negotiating process.
We charge a flat commission of 1.5% or $6,500, whichever is higher. The remaining commission is rebated back to you, usually 1.5% of the sales price. The rebate is credited to you at settlement toward your closing cost or in the form of a check after settlement with lender approval. Why leave this money on the table?
